Minicute Helps Draft National Ergonomics Standard

Recently, the national standard Guidelines for Ergonomics in Optimizing Musculoskeletal Workload was officially implemented. The standard was led by the China National Institute of Standardization, with Shenzhen Minicute Human Factors Technology Co., Ltd. serving as a leading drafting organization, together with Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co., Ltd., the National Health Commission Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, Peking University and other institutions.

The standard provides information and guidance for properly applying ergonomic standards related to musculoskeletal workload (MSWL), and helps organizations develop measures to reduce or optimize workload in workplaces and non-professional activities more efficiently.

The standard responds to the Healthy China 2030 plan and the National Standardization Development Outline by improving labor-protection standards, enhancing quality-of-life safeguards, adopting international standards and improving alignment between Chinese and international standards. It provides a national scientific basis and authoritative action framework for workplace musculoskeletal health management.

As a leading drafting organization, Minicute Ergonomics incorporated 18 years of technical accumulation and innovation in ergonomics into the formulation of the standard. With more than 400 intellectual-property achievements and 147 authorized patents across multiple countries, Minicute contributed practical product and technology experience to the standard.
